We are a varied (and friendly!) congregation seeking to know more of Christ and walk with Him in our village and in the world. We meet regularly for worship, usually on Sundays at 9.30am and 6pm, and welcome everyone who would like to join us. Saturday Market – Old School – 10.00am Start your day in the Colerne Café, followed by a stroll around all that we have on offer in the Market - antiques, household items, books. Next market: no market in August.
Everyone is invited to come for a cup of tea or coffee and a chance to chat and make friends every Thursday in the Lady Chapel from 10.30am. Open House will be after the short 10.00am Holy Communion service. You are most welcome to come to this even if you have not been to the service. Open House is not a fundraiser and no charge will be made for the refreshments.
As usual the Safari Supper was very popular and the food was amazing! Thanks to everyone who made this such a fun evening.
This year Ascension Day is Thursday 25th May. Reverend Janet led a special Communion service, followed by Open House - a chance to chat over coffee and cakes. This year Ascension Day marks the start of “Thy Kingdom Come”, the Archbishop’s call for nine days of prayer focusing on the spreading of the good news of Christ.
